XC2 Software and Springbrook Integration:

The XC2 backflow prevention application is seamlessly integrated with the Springbrook utility billing module so that customer address information is kept current; the application may also be linked to GIS applications. EngSoft’s powerful and easy-to-use application makes sending annual testing letters a one-click process. In addition, all letters are completely modifiable by the user, the number of letters used is unlimited and data from the application can easily be merged into letters. Benefits of using the application include:

• Improved customer service & increased staff efficiency – Customer service personnel can devote their time to working with customers rather than on the administrative tasks of correcting address and resending testing notices.
