Many of you have spoken with Tim on the phone assisting you with the features of XC2 Software.

His gentle and clear manner of communicating is a tremendous asset at XC2, as he is able to work with everyone's style of learning and understanding. "I hope all of our customers get a chance to work with Tim at some point," cited Randy Engle, XC2 Director. "Tim's manner of working with people who need assistance is just the best!

Tim is 43, grew up in Oregon, has travelled extensively in our country, and has served in the US navy. Tim lived ten years in Alabama, and moved back to the Northwest in 2004.

When asked what he enjoys outside of his work here at XC2 Software, Tim said:
“ I enjoy involvement in The American Legion, riding my motorcycle, camping and cooking. I like being involved with people.”

When asked why he enjoys working at XC2, Tim replied:

“ I am excited to be a part of the XC2 team. I enjoy interacting with our customers and being involved in resolving our customers technical support issues. The day to day interaction with Bill, Cindy, and Danielle always make for an interesting if not entertaining day.”

“Backflow Prevention was not something I knew much about prior to working at XC2. I am amazed at how little the general public knows about how important it is. That being said, I am glad to have a part in the bigger picture that is this industry”
