XC2 TRICK

Loading multiple picts/documents V.S. loading single picts/documents

When clicking on the XC2 Picts button you will have two options to view and/or load pictures into XC2

Multiple XC2 Picts Screen

This screen is a detailed summary of the pictures associated with this record
You can rename the file by clicking in the title field.

Information provided is:

Name, Date Loaded, Type (highlighted below)

File Location

Size

Comments

Click Load, choose a file from the directory(second picture below) and click Open

Switching to Individual Picts Page

Individual XC2 Picts screen

When using this screen you will be able to load or view a pic/doc individually,
By clicking Load again, it will ask you if you want to replace the current image.

XC2 Picts are available in multiple locations throughout XC2:

Backflow Assembly Record
Test Report
Survey Record
Facility Record
Work Order Record
Tester Record
Test Kit Record
Test History Record
Backflow History Record
